The antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) comprises the anti-CD30 monoclonal antibody cAC10 conjugated to the cytotoxic agent monomethyl auristatin E (MMAE), a synthetic analog of the tubulin polymerization inhibitor Dolastatin 10.
